Our refund policy stipulates that due to nature of pre owned vintage items we do not accept returns - all sales are final.

We take every measure to ensure the item is detailed accurately and list any notable flaws in the description. 

Of course with any preowned item you expect some type of wear, the usual gentle signs of wear will not be mentioned with the understanding there may be some. Notable flaws will always be communicated in the description.

We will always include measurements and tagged sizes to help you with your decision to purchase. If you require any further clarity prior to finalising your purchase please don't hesitate to get in touch, we want to ensure you are happy with your choice.

If you have an issue with your order it is essential you contact us immediately upon receipt - any issues raised two business days after receipt may not fall under any quality terms we offer.
