Terms

All items listed on this website (unless stated otherwise) are vintage and or second hand. 

This means that they are pre owned, pre loved and usually previously worn, and will likely show some signs of wear. 

We use compostable mailers when possible, please dispose of thoughtfully. Your item may also be shipped in a recycled cardboard shipping box. We refuse to use any plastics in our packaging.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Please allow 3 business days for your order to ship, you will receive confirmation with tracking once dispatched.

The Lende is not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, or missing. Please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number should you encounter any issues. 

Domestic (Within Australia) 

Sent via Australia Post Express with Signature on Delivery. A flat fee of $20.00 AUD.

International (Rest of the world) 

We ship via Australia Post Express International and DHL Couriers.

For parcels sent via Australia Post Express International, a flat fee of $35.00 AUD. Please allow approximately 4-8 business days for delivery, this time frame is an estimate only. 

IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES

Please note that import duties and taxes may apply to your order depending on the region. These additional costs are the responsibility of the buyer (you), and will vary from country to country. 

RETURNS

We do not accept returns, so please consider your purchase and shop wisely.
